On the 143th day of the Israel-Gaza war, the IDF continued intense air strikes in Lebanese territory in response to the downing of an Israeli drone this morning. Following the strike in Baalbek at noon, there are now reports of a targeted assassination of two terrorists in the town of Majdal, close to Tyre in the south of the country.
According to documentation from the scene, a vehicle was destroyed. Passers by said two people, whose identities have yet to be released, had been riding in it. Due to the nature of the attack, it appears that the IDF has eliminated two more members of Hezbollah's elite Radwan brigade in southern Lebanon.
As mentioned earlier, the IDF attacked Hezbollah's air defense systems in the Beqaa Valley in eastern Lebanon in response to the downing of an IDF UAV earlier in the day.
