Netanyahu to limit Muslims' presence on Temple Mount during Ramadan

The Prime MInister decided after consultation to accede to National Security Minister's demand that the number of Muslims allowed on the Temple Mount be limited.

According to a number of reports, Prime Minister Netanyahu made a decision to support the demand of National Security Minister Ben Gvir and significantly limit the number of Muslims ascending the Temple Mount to pray during the month of Ramadan.

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu conducted a special discussion in his office, where he consulted with security officials and professionals on whether to limit the number of Muslims praying on the Temple Mount. After completing the consultation, he decided that only Muslims aged 50 and up would be allowed to visit the holy site over Ramadan.
