The Combat Unit of the Nahal Brigade, operating under the 162nd Division, has been active in recent weeks in the Tuffah area in the northern Gaza Strip.

During their operations and with the aid of intelligence agencies, the brigade combat unit, along with special forces, identified a 100-meter-long tunnel, where weapons manufacturing facilities were located.

As part of the intelligence effort focused around Hamas sites for producing weapons and weapons components, elements were found that prove that the terrorists of the terrorist organization Hamas learned how to operate and build precision components and strategic weapons under Iranian guidance, gaining technological knowledge in the field.

During the raids, many terrorists were eliminated in the area in close encounters with the brigade's fighters and in attacks by the brigade's fire array via remotely manned aircraft and combat helicopters.
