In the last few days, during a raid by the forces in the Darj Tupah area, the fighters took over terrorist infrastructure located in the house of the commander of the Gaza City Brigade, thus allowing the entry of special forces for searches. As part of the fighting in the area, the forces encountered terrorists and fought short-range battles.
The fighters of the brigade eliminated dozens of terrorists, located and destroyed shafts, and many weapons, and found intelligence findings that link the central mosque in the al-Daraj-Tuffah area to the murderous terrorist attack by the terrorist organization Hamas on 7/10.
From the words of the 460th Brigade commander, Col. Dvir Edri to his soldiers: "Today the 460th Brigade completed its mission in the al-Daraj-Tuffah area. At the height of the fighting last night, the fighters raided a terrorist infrastructure located in the home of the Gaza Brigade and destroyed it. The brigade is in two months of fighting in the Gaza Strip in which it killed hundreds of terrorists and destroyed many terrorist infrastructures. The fighters of the brigade acted with determination, professionalism, composure with sacrifice and courage."
