The Defense Ministry announced today (Wednesday) that the 200th plane in the American air convoy bringing in military equipment and armaments to the IDF landed in Israel.
According to sources in the ministry, this is the 200th plane landing in Israel in a joint project coordinated by the Defense Ministry’s acquisition delegation in the US, the acquisition administration via the envoy for international transportation, the IDF Planning Directorate, and the Technology and Logistics Directorate.
According to those same sources, over 10,000 tons of military equipment have been shipped and flown in from the beginning of the war, including: armored vehicles, armaments, personal protective equipment, medical equipment, ammunition, and more.
This convoy also supports offensive plans and continued fighting, in order to ensure breathing room for realizing IDF goals.
