The IDF reports that two rocket launches were identified over the Ashkelon area a short time ago (Sunday). One of the rockets was intercepted and the other fell in the sea. No casualties were reported.

Prime Minister Netanyahu discussed the government's future plans for dealing with Hamas and Hezbollah at the weekly government meeting today.

According to Israel Hayom, Netanyahu said that "we are currently focused on amputating the Iranian arm in the south, and working so that there will be no more Hamas rule in Gaza. There is a great deal of progress in denying military capabilities."

Regarding the "day after" in the Gaza Strip, he said that "discussions are being held nowadays on the question of the distribution of humanitarian aid to Gaza. The moment Hamas loses the ability to distribute, it will lose the ability to rule."
