Report: Unidentified drone kills around five pro-Iran militia members in Syria

The strike reportedly took place near the city of Al-Bukamal in eastern Syria, according to Syrian opposition sources.

According to Syrian opposition sources, an unidentified drone struck a vehicle containing members of pro-Iranian militias today (Sunday), killing around five members.

According to the report, the strike took place near the city of Al-Bukamal in eastern Syria.

It is not clear who might be responsible for such a strike, though attacks have been conducted against such targets by both the United States and Israel in the past.
