Iran continues to threaten retaliation against Israel: Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said that their planned attack hasn't been canceled, only postponed. "We will implement Operation True Promise 3 at a time of our choosing," he stated.

Meanwhile, U.S. experts are detecting concerning movements suggesting Iran is preparing to launch attacks from Iraqi territory.

Michael Knights, a senior fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, says that Iran may have already smuggled ballistic missiles into Iraq, concealing them in water or oil tankers.

"These missiles could be used as retaliation for Israeli strikes on Iranian soil," Knights said.
