There are many ways to cope with the unbearable heat: going to the beach, the pool, or staying under the air conditioning. If you're looking for ways to cool down from the heat outside, we've prepared easy recipes for tasty and refreshing shakes

When the temperatures outside are climbing, the only thing you can do is stay at home in the air conditioner, but if even that is not enough and you feel like cooling off a little more, here are three recipes for delicious smoothies that will refresh your day.

Passion fruit smoothie

Ingredients:

5 passion fruits

200 g fresh pineapple

150 ml of orange juice

1 banana

3 ice cubes

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth texture and pour into a tall glass.

Cranberry Pomegranate Smoothie

Ingredients:

120 ml fresh pomegranate juice

110 grams of frozen cranberries

80 grams of plain yogurt

1 banana

1 tablespoon of flax seeds

1 tablespoon of honey

Preparation:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender in the order they are listed, and blend until you get a smooth mixture. Taste and sweeten with additional honey if needed. Pour into glasses, garnish with mint, and serve.

Frozen pineapple shake

Ingredients:

300 g frozen pineapple chunks

120 grams of plain yogurt

120 ml almond milk

1 teaspoon of honey

Preparation:

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until the mixture is smooth and has a frothy texture.
