Operation 'North spark' reveals Israel's internal threat

A recent Israeli police anti-crime operation has demonstrated the violence Israel faces both inside and outside their borders.

Hundreds of Israeli Police took part in the anti-crime operation 'North spark' that occurred earlier today. Israeli border police as well as police dogs also participated in the search and arrest of the area.

32 suspects were arrested for involvement in a multitude of crimes that involved violence, shootings, and illegal attainment of weapons.

On the site, multiple weapons were discovered and subsequently seized by police including 7 assault rifles as well as multiple pistols, along with ammunition for an array of weapons.

Drugs and equipment used for a drug laboratory were also found, as was 1 million shekels in cash and a stolen vehicle. Such findings mark the significance of the police raid in northern Israel, especially at a time like this.
