The five members of the Kutz family - parents Livnat and Aviv, and their children Rotem (19), Yonatan (16), and Yiftach (14) - were brought to their final resting place side by side at the cemetery in Gan Yavne last night. Thousands of people came to accompany on their final journey the family members who were murdered in their beds in their home in Kfar Aza.

On behalf of the family, Ziv and Adi, Livnat's brother and sister, eulogized: "How can we bury five pure souls? How can we bury Yiftach with his golden curls, with his delicate soul? How can we bury Yonatan, a source of admiration for everyone? I always told you that it's never too late to change teams, but now it's too late.

"How can we bury Rotem, who brought light and joy? We are all proud of you. How can we bury Aviv? You were always an exemplary father, chasing after your children with a camera in hand, you were there until the very last moment, protecting your children. How can we bury Livnat? Liv, every time you said I was your brother, I swelled with pride. You invited us to the kibbutz on this cursed Saturday," said Ziv.

Thousands of participants sobbed at the sight of the five coffins of the Kutz family arranged side by side. The bodies of the family members were found on the past Tuesday after days of searching and uncertainty in their home in Kfar Aza. They were found lying together on a bed, with Aviv, the family's father, embracing them all. In the cemetery, they were also buried together, with the children in the middle and the parents on both sides.

The hearts of all those present were shattered as Aviv's and Livnat's fathers recited the Kaddish. The singer Shai Tsabari accompanied the funeral with songs that were beloved by the family.
