Earlier today, it was reported that sirens were heard in the western Galilee settlements, including Shlomi, Matzuva, B'tzet, Liman, and Hinita. The IDF reported that 15 launchings were identified from Lebanese territory, with the Air Defense Forces successfully intercepting four of them, while ten landed in open areas.

Following the rocket launches from Lebanese territory, the IDF responded with artillery fire. Additionally, IDF tanks targeted two observation posts belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist organization in response to the rocket fire. It was emphasized in the announcement that the IDF is prepared for events across all sectors and will continue to protect the residents of the State of Israel.

Last night, there were reports of two instances of firing from Lebanon towards Israel, alongside a security incident in which four terrorists crossed the border from Lebanon into Israeli territory near the Admit area. Around 14:00, a red alert siren was heard in the communities of Ramot Naftali and Yiftah at the northern border. Following the alarm, residents of Kiryat Shmona were instructed to enter protected areas until further notice. Subsequently, it was reported that there were two rocket launches from Lebanon, with one of them landing in Lebanese territory.

Later, at 21:00 in the evening, several rocket launches were detected from Lebanese territory towards Israeli territory. In response, the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) retaliated with artillery fire. There have been no reports of casualties in this incident. Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for the rocket launches, stating that it was in response to the deaths of five terrorists from the terror organization in an earlier IDF attack.
