The IDF spokesperson confirmed that several rockets were launched this evening (Monday) from Lebanese territory towards Israeli territory. There are no casualties.

This is the second time in the past day that rocket launches from Lebanon into Israel have been reported. Earlier in the afternoon, a red alert siren was sounded in the communities of Ramot Naftali and Yiftah, near the northern border. Following the alert, residents of Kiryat Shmona were instructed to enter protected spaces until further notice. Subsequently, it was reported that there were two rocket launches, with one of them falling in Lebanese territory.

Earlier today, it was reported that four terrorists crossed the border from Lebanon into Israeli territory near the Admit area. IDF forces intercepted the terrorists and began firing missiles, resulting in the death of at least two of them, while one returned to Lebanese territory. Several hours later, the Islamic Jihad claimed responsibility for the infiltration.

In response to the attack, IDF combat helicopters targeted objectives in southern Lebanon. Lebanese media reported that three Hezbollah operatives were killed in the Israeli attack.
