A vehicle ran over protesters who blocked the Ayalon lanes. The protesters reported one injured person who needed to be evacuated.
From the documentation of the event, it appears that protesters blocked Ayalon and provoked the anger of the drivers. One of them tried to escape from the demonstration and ran over some demonstrators who fell on the road, but it does not appear that they were seriously harmed.
The driver stopped after a few meters and got out of the vehicle where he continued to confront the protesters. The police detained him for questioning.
MDA reported: "At 11:17 p.m. a report was received at MDA's 101 hotline in the Dan region, about a pedestrian who was hit by a vehicle, on Route 20 near the Halacha interchange to the south. MDA medics and paramedics provide medical treatment and refer to Ichilov Hospital A 25-year-old woman is in a minor condition with a slight injury to her leg. There are no other injuries."
The Prime Minister's Office stated: "The Prime Minister strongly condemns any form of violence, calls on everyone to act with restraint and uphold the law."
