Tragedy in Herzliya: a 40-year-old man was killed in a caravan fire

A 40-year-old man was killed in a caravan fire in an agricultural area in Herzliya. The police said that "the body will be transferred to the pathology institute and that they have started an investigation into the circumstances of the incident

Yesterday (Saturday) MDA received a report about a fire in a trailer on agricultural land in Herzliya. MDA medics and paramedics found a 40-year-old man with no signs of life and had to pronounce him dead.

A senior paramedic from Magen David Adom (MDA), Issachar Weiss, and an MDA paramedic, Idan Shina, reported: "When we arrived at the scene, we saw flames and smoke coming from a caravan in the agricultural area. It was impossible to approach, and we waited for the firefighting operations to finish. A man, approximately 40 years old, was removed from the caravan with no signs of life. Unfortunately, we had to declare his death."

"Upon receiving the report, emergency forces, including the fire department, police, and criminal identification, arrived at the scene and initiated an investigation into the circumstances of the incident," stated the Israel Police. "The body will be transferred to the forensic institute, and the investigation is ongoing."
