Following the publication of the strategic plan for a million in Samaria, roadside billboards have been displayed along the Ayalon highways.

After the 'Million for Samaria' plan was secretly woven over a year and a half, with the aim of bringing a million residents to Samaria by 2050, the plan continues to generate buzz. This week, billboards of 'Million for Samaria' were hung along the Ayalon highways. As recalled, the plan unveiled by the Samaria Regional Council includes the construction of new cities and the expansion of existing settlements throughout Samaria. According to the plan, these areas are set to develop railway lines, a hospital, an airport, industrial zones, and more. The roadside billboards also bring the benefits of the plan to the attention of central residents, which will assist in providing real solutions to housing crises, hospital overcrowding, and road congestion in the center.

Yossi Dagan, head of the Samaria Regional Council, stated: "The solution to the congestion in Ayalon and the housing prices in Tel Aviv is in Samaria. Every apartment in Samaria means one less apartment on Rothschild Boulevard. I call on the Prime Minister to declare the plan as a government plan to reduce housing prices and provide a solution to the road congestion, bringing a fresh Zionist breeze to the nation and the country. I call on public officials to join us and work to promote the plan, which clarifies that the solution to the housing crisis and density in the center is in Samaria. The plan was crafted by the best professionals who have worked for more than a year on the best solutions that Samaria has to offer. We will continue to work towards implementing the plan and bringing a million residents to Samaria."

The plan to bring a million residents to Samaria was formulated over more than a year, under a veil of secrecy and discretion. The Samaria Regional Council assembled an extensive team of engineers, architects, geographers, and professional consultants who prepared a practical and professional plan to reach one million residents in Samaria by the year 2050. The plan, led personally by the head of the council, Yossi Dagan, for over a year, was developed by professionals within the Samaria Regional Council and external experts, with Avraham and Shomron Shvut from the company ANAF at the forefront .

The foundational principles for achieving one million residents were formulated through extensive discussions during the annual central conference of settlement leadership held by the council about 10 months ago. Hundreds of local leaders from Samaria participated, without the planning team of the program being revealed. Based on the statements made by the settlement leadership, the planning team finalized the full plan.
