The attack in Har Hevron. Additional details about the attack are being reported, indicating that the victim of the attack is a woman who hitchhiked in a car as a passenger, along with her 6-year-old daughter.
The mother was fatally injured and died shortly after from her injuries, the 35-year-old driver was seriously injured and was taken to Soroka Hospital in an unstable condition. The murdered woman's daughter, who was sitting next to her, was not injured by the shooting.
The paramedics from Magen David Adom (MDA), Natanel Yamin, Elyashiv Amitai, and senior MDA paramedic Benaya Weinberger, recounted: "We arrived quickly at the scene and joined the medical team of the IDF, who began treating the injured. We saw a man and a woman in their forties with gunshot wounds; they were taken out of the car. The woman was unconscious, not breathing, and without a pulse, with severe gunshot wounds. We provided life-saving medical treatment, performed resuscitation procedures, and unfortunately, after our resuscitation efforts, we had to confirm her death. The man was in a semi-conscious state and suffered gunshot wounds to his limbs. We immediately moved him to the intensive care ambulance and, together with the IDF medical team, transported him to Soroka Hospital in serious condition."
The IDF estimates that the terrorist or terrorists entered the city of Hebron. IDF forces are conducting a pursuit of the terrorists' vehicle and setting up roadblocks in the area, in addition to roadblocks surrounding Hebron and the nearby villages.
