After accusing the Chief of Staff of fostering a rebellious atmosphere in the army and even claiming that Lieutenant General Herzi Halevi will enter the annals of history in a negative light, Minister Dodi Amsalem shifts his stance and reinforces the direction of the Chief of Staff. "He is exceptional and leaves an excellent impression," Amsalem stated.

In a tweet on his Twitter page, the Minister wrote, "The military resume of Lieutenant General Herzi Halevi is exceptional, and the impression he left on me in cabinet meetings is excellent. It is important for me to say to the Chief of Staff that I greatly appreciate, respect, and support him, along with the Commander of the Air Force and all IDF officers," Amsalem stated.

However, Amsalem noted that "it is important to remember that the rebellion currently taking place in the IDF is an event that the Chiefs of Staff and officers are not prepared for. How to deal with an event of this magnitude - because it simply should not happen."

In conclusion, the minister said, "Therefore, I strengthen your hands to know how to cope with this sad and dangerous event, and I pray for you every day that the Holy One, blessed be He, will give you good counsel so that you can safeguard the IDF and the strength and security of the State of Israel."
