The day after the agreement on opening the Paraguayan embassy and diplomatic representation from Uruguay in Jerusalem, this morning (Thursday), it was reported that contacts are underway for the opening of additional embassies in the capital. According to the report by Yanir Cozin from Galatz Radio, several countries are considering relocating their embassies to Jerusalem, and in all cases, these are countries with right-wing governments.

According to the report, by the end of September, a first Asian country will announce the relocation of its embassy to Jerusalem. Meanwhile, Hungary continues to convey messages to the Prime Minister's Office about its desire to move its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem – but at this stage, the process is being delayed, apparently due to Hungary's negative image among the Israeli public due to the judicial reform carried out in the country in recent years.

It is further reported that Italy is considering relocating its embassy in Israel to Jerusalem, but in recent times, relations have cooled somewhat, and at this stage, it is unclear whether the process will be carried out. A diplomatic source stated that the alignment of right-wing governments makes it easier to execute the embassy relocation process with these countries.
