Powerful explosion at a Turkish port; several people were injured

A powerful explosion occurred at the Turkish port in the city of Derince in western Turkey. Several people were injured in the explosion, but the reason behind it is unknown.

At least four people were injured in a powerful explosion that occurred in the grain warehouses of the Dörtyol port in western Turkey.

The explosion occurred around 2:40 PM. According to reports from the scene, a powerful explosion took place near the grain warehouses in the port, but the reason for the explosion is not clear at the moment.

The explosion at the Turkish port comes three years after the massive explosion at the port of Beirut, which caused significant damage to the port and the city itself.

The mayor of Derince, Zeki Aygün, explained: "We heard the noise of the explosion, and then we saw the explosion occurring in the area of the grain warehouses. Four people were sent to the hospital as a result of the explosion."

The Turkish police announced that they have launched a comprehensive investigation into the incident, and they will thoroughly investigate the explosion and its source.
