German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said today (Monday) that his government would be looking into additional ways to deport rejected asylum seekers, after one such seeker killed three people in the name of the ISIS terrorist movement, per France 24.

With the parties of the ruling coalition trailing in multiple polls, the red button issue of deporting potential terrorists is forcing Scholz to take a tougher line, saying that despite deportations increasing substantially compared to 2021, more must be done to keep Germany safe.
