The United Kingdom, Germany, and France issued a statement today (Monday) calling for an end to the war in Gaza, the release of all the hostages, and warning Iran and its proxies in Lebanon and Yemen "to refrain from attacks that would further escalate regional tensions and jeopardize the opportunity to agree to a cease-fire and the release of hostages," according to DW.

This the latest of such calls for an end to the war and de-escalation in the region, some of which include the United States and some of which do not. So far, none have had much effect on either side.
