Watch: Italy under water as flooding hits the Northeast, roads collapse

The climate crisis continues: Heavy rains fell in northeastern Italy and caused one and a half meters of flooding. Within two days, there has been 150 millimeters of precipitation.

Heavy rains caused major flooding in the province of Veneto in the northeast of the country. 150 mm fell in less than 48 hours. At the same time in Vicenza, water from the Retrone River flooded the roads at a height of one and a half meters.
