Watch: The Hague Rules on Israel

The International Court of Justice in the Hague is now ruling on the South African request for an injunction to stop the war in Gaza, on the grounds that it is "genocide."

Two weeks after South Africa filed its suit against Israel in the International Court of Justice in the Hague, it is now convening (Friday) on whether to agree to South Africa’s demand for immediate injunctions against the Israeli fighting in Gaza, and whether it will discuss the “genocide” claim being pressed against Israel.
