The Operations and Intelligence Division of the IDF prepared a 'blow for the violation of the agreement' by Hezbollah, with targets chosen in advance, reported military commentator Yossi Yehoshua.

"If we don't respond with strength the first time and set the rules, we will be dragged into a war of attrition." "Containment is not an option," warned a senior IDF officer who formulated the plan a few days ago. Now, according to the report, the choice is Netanyahu's.

As previously reported earlier today (Monday), the first violation of the ceasefire in Lebanon was reported: 2 rockets were launched a short while ago from Lebanon towards Mount Dov and fell in an open area. The IDF spokesperson stated that "the terrorist organization Hezbollah launched two rockets towards the Mount Dov area a short while ago, which fell in open areas, and there were no casualties."

This morning, for the second time within hours, reports from Lebanon indicated an Israeli strike against a motorcycle moving in southern Lebanon.

According to reports in Lebanon, this is the second attack by Israel within a few hours in Lebanese territory despite the ceasefire. Earlier, it was reported in Lebanon that an Israeli aircraft fired three missiles at a bulldozer conducting excavation work near the border with Syria in the northern part of the country.

Yesterday, Prime Minister Netanyahu, along with Defense Minister Gantz, arrived at the Recruitment Office and addressed the ceasefire in Lebanon: "In this sense, we are also enforcing the ceasefire agreement very firmly, and any violation will immediately meet with a strong response from the IDF." So it has been, and so it will be. We will continue to ensure the security of Israel.
