With the ceasefire entering its second day, the IDF relaxed Rear Command restrictions on civilian assembly and activity from the Haifa area south to central Israel tonight (Thursday).

This area constitutes the part of Israel that was targeted by Hezbollah medium-range missiles during the war, especially during the ground invasion. Relaxing the restrictions points to an assessment that Hezbollah either lacks the capability or at least intention to fire that far.

Meanwhile, the IDF said that it intends to enforce the ceasefire "aggressively," including preventing civilians or terrorists disguised as civilians from penetrating to IDF held areas.
