A month after the start of the ground maneuver in southern Lebanon, the IDF published data this evening (Thursday) regarding the forces' achievements in the war against Hezbollah – with an emphasis on the activities of the strike department in the Air Force's operational headquarters and the Air Intelligence Division, in collaboration with the Research Division and Unit 8200. The forces were engaged in an intelligence-operational effort to offensively target Hezbollah's air unit (127), which is responsible, among other things, for launching UAVs towards Israel.
According to the data, so far 54 UAV storage positions, 24 cruise missile sites, 8 assembly workshops, 6 underground sites, and 7 ammunition depots have been attacked. It was also said that about 70 percent of Hezbollah's drones were destroyed. However, so far, there has been no significant impact on the operatives of Hezbollah's aerial unit, with only about 10 percent of them being eliminated – including the unit commander.
It was also said that since the beginning of the war, approximately 1,300 drones have been launched towards the State of Israel from all fronts of the war. 231 of them hit the ground, indicating that over 80 percent of the drones launched at Israel were intercepted.
