Israel-Hezbollah War

Who's running Hezbollah nowadays?

With so much of Hezbollah's senior leadership eliminated, what remains of the organization's governing body is forced to make compromises.

With Hassan Nasrallah dead and Hezbollah's Shura Council having yet to convene to officially choose a new leader, Sheikh Naim Qassem has effectively become the acting head of the terrorist organization, according to Kann reporter Roi Kais.

Qassem is reportedly still in Lebanon and has become the leader for Hezbollah members and for Iran and the IRGC, including its Quds Force.

In the meantime, Mohammad Khaider is now running Hezbollah operations in southern Lebanon in place of Ali Karaki, who was eliminated by the IDF in an air strike after a number of failed attempts.

The Hezbollah military wing is now being directed by Haytham Ali Tabatabai, who has replaced Fuad Shukr, whom the IDF eliminated months ago.
