After a week and a half of fighting, soldiers from the 7012th Battalion of the Alexandroni Brigade blew up the village of Muchbab, which served as Hezbollah's "Petagon" and the terror organization's combat management center in southern Lebanon.

For ten days, the soldiers exposed weapons depots and advanced surveillance devices in almost every house in the village alongside terrorists who were eliminated.

Beneath the village surface, the fighters exposed many shafts that led to an underground area with advanced headquarters, residence and staging rooms, communication rooms and more.

All of these were destroyed in a large explosion this morning at 8:00 a.m. Hundreds of Kalimagor IEDs were seized ready for action, anti-tank mines, RPG bombs, advanced shoulder-fired missiles and hand grenades.

In an operation carried out at the westernmost point so far from the Ramim ridge, the fighters eliminated dozens of terrorists above and below ground. Due to the magnitude of the achievement and the desire to prevent Hezbollah from rehabilitating the infrastructure there, the village was completely blown up this morning with dozens of tons of explosives.
