Another incident in Rahat: This morning (Sunday), MDA received a report about a two-year-old toddler who was injured in the head. Paramedics and EMTs who were dispatched to the scene found the toddler without signs of life and with a head injury, and pronounced the death on-site. MDA paramedic Guy Sadeh reported, "We saw a two-year-old toddler who was unconscious, with no pulse and no breathing. We performed medical checks, but the injury was critical, and we had to pronounce the death."

Last Friday, it was reported that a 5-year-old girl and a two-year-old toddler from the village of Zarzir were found unconscious and in critical condition. MDA teams performed resuscitation efforts and transported them to the Emek Hospital, where their deaths were later confirmed. The police have opened an investigation, with the suspicion that the two may have died from poisoning.

MDA paramedic Maor Atadgi and senior EMT Yazid Ghrayef from the MDA motorcycle unit reported that "two unconscious children were brought to us for treatment. We immediately placed them in intensive care units, performed medical checks, and found them without pulse and breathing. We began advanced resuscitation efforts, including chest compressions, intubation, and medication, and transported them to the hospital in critical condition." As mentioned, their deaths were confirmed at the hospital shortly afterward.
