Six Israeli hostages were “brutally murdered by Hamas terrorists, a short while before we reached them,” IDF spokesperson Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari said on Sunday.
He was, of course, talking about our six hostages, Carmel Gat, Eden Yerushalmi, Hersch Goldberg-Polin, Alexander Lubanov, Almog Sarosi and Sergeant Uri Danino who had all been kidnapped by Hamas during the October 7 attack, and held in barbaric conditions for 330 days, denied basic human rights, starved and extremely neglected, while Hamas dangled hostage deal after hostage deal in front of an increasingly desperate nation, only to whisk it away time and again.
The IDF recently discovered a shaft that leads directly to the tunnel where the bodies of the murdered hostages were found – shockingly, the shaft is located next to what should be an idyllic children's playground, with dolls and murals of cartoon characters.
Meanwhile, Israelis are reeling from these cruel murders, with many blaming Netanyahu and his cabinet for failing to reach a hostage deal, and taking to the streets to voice their rage.
