The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that two terrorists, Odai Nizar Nimer Abu Na'asa and Musab Hassan Ali Mukhassas, were killed by IDF gunfire when they attempted a vehicular attack yesterday (Sunday) in the city of Ariel. Abu Na'asa was a former Israeli prisoner and one of the commanders of the Jenin Brigade, known as one of the most wanted in the Jenin refugee camp.

The terrorists arrived in their vehicle from the direction of the Tapuah Junction towards the entrance to Ariel, drove against traffic, and collided with Israeli vehicles. They then attempted to run over IDF soldiers at the scene.

IDF forces, who responded quickly, opened fire on the terrorists and killed them. During a search of their vehicle, vests and ammunition were found. An IDF soldier was lightly injured in the incident and was evacuated to a hospital for medical treatment, with his family being informed of his condition.
