Hamas Official: This is Where Yehya Sinwar Is

In an interview with AP, Hamas official Osama Hamdan addressed the difficulty the terror organization's leadership is having in contacting their leader, Yehya Sinwar. Hamdan also claimed that Mohammad Deif has not been killed.

According to Hamdan: "There are certain difficulties and delays in communication with Sinwar." Regarding Sinwar's whereabouts, Hamdan said: "The belief is that he is hiding deep within the network of tunnels in Gaza."

Additionally, Hamdan stated that his organization made another demand to Israel before renewing negotiations, but Israel refused: "We requested to include Russia and Turkey as mediators, but Israel refused." Furthermore, the senior official asserted that "Mohammad Deif has not been killed."
