The leader of the Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen said today (Thursday) that the delay in responding to Israel by the Houthis and other Iran-backed groups was "purely tactical," according to Iran International.

He said that "the decision to respond is made collectively, at the level of the entire axis [of resistance]," meaning Iran and all other Iran-backed proxies such as Hezbollah and in Iraq.
