During the past month, there were 7 attempted attacks in the Beit El settlement area where explosive devices and Molotov cocktails were thrown towards Israeli vehicles. None of the attempted attacks succeeded, and no civilians were injured or harmed.

A joint investigation led by the Intelligence Unit of the Benjamin Regional Brigade, the central unit in the Judea and Samaria region, and the Shin Bet that operated in recent times, resulted in the arrest last night of two brothers, residents of Ramallah aged 19, who are suspected to be part of a cell attempting to carry out attacks in the area. In their vehicle, 4 explosive devices and a Molotov cocktail ready for use were found.

The two suspects were transferred for questioning to the Benjamin Regional Brigade's interrogation facility, and additional arrests are expected in the case.
