A major computing glitch on Friday has caused issues for banks, airlines, and hospitals around the world. In Israel, the CrowdStrike system failure has impacted Sheba Tel-Hashomer Medical Center, various medical clinics, the Israel Electric Company, and other institutions.

The glitch led to Sheba Tel-Hashomer operating manually, resulting in automatic parking lot gate openings.

The Israel Electric Company reported that its 103 hotline is down, and MDA warned that the 101 emergency hotline might be unavailable, urging people to contact the police’s 100 hotline if needed.
