After the rocket fire towards the Lower Galilee this morning (Sunday), originating from southern Lebanon, which reached a depth of 25 kilometers into Israeli territory, the IDF attacked a structure in the vicinity of Tyre in response to the widespread launches. Following the firing of 20 rockets into the Lower Galilee, the IDF recently targeted a structure in the village of Ma'arub north of Tyre. There were no casualties from the attack.
The range of the attack was 25 kilometers from the border, the same range from which Hezbollah fired into the Lower Galilee. Earlier, an IDF spokesperson reported that in response to alerts activated in northern Israel a short while ago, about 20 launches originating from Lebanese territory into the Lower Galilee were identified, some successfully intercepted by the Air Defence Forces.
Additionally, following an alert activated at 5:34 AM regarding missile and rocket fire in the Ramot Naftali area, the Air Defence Forces successfully intercepted a suspicious aerial target identified in the area. There were no casualties and no damage was caused.
The alert regarding missile and rocket fire was triggered due to concerns about falling debris.
