Report: Explosive projectile detonates in Hurfeish soccer field, multiple injuries

11 are reported wounded, including Magen David Adom members. At least one of the wounded is reported to be in critical condition.

A Hezbollah projectile reportedly struck a soccer field today (Wednesday) in the town of Hurfeish in the north.

Three helicopters have been called up to assist, with multiple wounded, including one critically.

A number of Magen David Adom members have also been wounded.

The IDF said that it identified a number of projectile launches from Lebanon towards Hurfeish, and said they are investigating why the sirens were not triggered.
