Report: Jewish businessman murdered in Egypt

The Foreign Ministry is looking into Egyptian reports regarding the murder of a Jewish businessman inside the country. The belief is increasing that the motive was nationalistic.

A Jewish businessman was murdered this evening (Tuesday) in Alexandria, Egypt. The motive is increasingly believed to be nationalistic.

The Foreign Ministry said that "The Foreign Ministry is handling the event and figuring out all details."

Israel Hayom reported that according to Arab media, the man, whose name is Ziv Kipper according to Channel 13 News, worked in Egypt for nine years and had a large business in Alexandria.
