The court decided to release a group of young protestors who crossed into the Gaza Strip and protested in favor of resettling it.
The Beer Sheva District court conducted a discussion today regarding seven suspects who crossed into the Gaza Strip via Erez Crossing and protested there in favor of resettling Gush Katif and other areas inside the Gaza Strip.
The court decided to release the suspects, under restrictive conditions due to their clashing and interfering with security forces on site. Specifically, they are barred from entering an area within 10 km from border areas for a period of 90 days.
