After 16 years of marriage and seven children, singer Hanan Ben Ari and his wife Hadassah are ending their marriage. "We are parting ways. With broken and aching hearts, but with the clear inner knowledge that we tried, fought, and struggled until the very end. There comes a point when one must face reality and honestly admit defeat. We choose to part with dignity and love," Ben Ari wrote to his followers.

He elaborated: "We married at 20 and brought seven wonderful children into the world together. We're grateful to God for every moment of our shared journey and trust that He is writing the most precise script for us. We will continue to live as neighbors, maintaining our friendship and partnership. This is not just for our children, but for ourselves as well. It's our unique approach. We've endured a long and heartbreaking period of attempts to salvage our marriage, and today we're letting go, blessing each other with acceptance, and wishing one another all the best in the world."

"In the context of the national mourning and tragedy we've all experienced over the past year, our private sorrow is truly insignificant. Nevertheless, we felt it important to share our story with you, to express our feelings in our own way. May better and happier days come for us all."
