Turgeman shared a photo of himself holding a baby and wrote: "Today at dawn a new light appeared in the world. And the heart cannot contain this wonder."
Turgeman added: "Our girl, thank you for choosing to come down our path to this good world. Thank you to Zurit the heroine who surprises me every time anew with her strengths. Thank God, blessed be He."
Turgeman is the son of the head of the High Yeshiva in Dimona, Rabbi David Turgeman. His sister is the singer Ruhama ben Yosef.
Turgeman and his wife Tsurit live in Tel Aviv. The couple has six children.
