After the passing of Rabbi Issachar Wasserlauf, the family announces that his funeral will be held at 4:30 PM at Har HaMenuchot Givat Shaul. These are the times of consolation visits

At the Wasserlauf family home, the funeral date and hours of consolation visits are announced, following the death of the family's father - Rabbi Issachar Wasserlauf - the father of minister Yitzhak Wasserlauf.

According to the family's announcement: "The funeral of Rabbi Issachar Wasserlauf, of blessed memory, the father of the Minister of the Negev, Galilee, and National Security, Yitzhak Wasserlauf, will take place today (Sunday) at 16:30 at Har HaMenuchot Givat Shaul. The funeral will be held at the Kehillat Yerushalayim funeral home (opposite Herzog Hospital)."

The family also stated that "Shiva will be observed at the family residence, 8 HaBikurim Street, Old City - Jerusalem. Consolation visiting hours: 10:00-13:00 in the afternoon and 16:00-22:00 in the evening."

Earlier this morning, the office of Minister Yitzhak Wasserlauf issued a special announcement regarding the passing of his father: "With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Rabbi Issachar Wasserlauf, of blessed memory, the father of the Minister of the Negev, Galilee, and National Security, Yitzhak Wasserlauf."

Rabbi Issachar Wasserlauf was a rabbi and educator. He served as the head of the "Ahavat Chayim" high school yeshiva in Kochav HaShachar.
