"Waste of Ammunition"

Amit Segal on the IDF Spokesman's Decision: "Waste of Ammunition"

The political commentator Amit Segal refers to the publication of the tape of the terrorist who is proud of the massacre he carried out on the residents of the Gaza Strip envelope, and says that the way the tape was published is a big mistake.

The recording revealed last night by the IDF spokesman, in which a Hamas terrorist was heard talking to his parents in Gaza and boasting about the massacres he had committed, shocked everyone who was exposed to it and revealed another part of the atrocities that took place in the Gaza Strip envelope settlements.

The one who commented on the publication of the recording and even claimed that it was a mistake, is the journalist Amit Segal, who believes that it should have been published in international media.

"With all due respect to Eli Cohen and the Israeli news sites, a recording as horrifying as that of the Nazi calling his parents and boasting that he had the blood of Jews on his hands, is an item that should have been handed over to a huge international media outlet and published there," Segal wrote.

He added: "We understand very well who we are dealing with, but in the world the strange separation between Gaza and Hamas still prevails. Now we received a speech at the United Nations by an anonymous figure to most of the world, another punch to our stomach but in the world, materials are wasted. We are in a battle for our lives and information is a weapon. You don't waste ammunition for nothing."

"Just to illustrate the folly," concluded Segal, "yesterday they played the conversation to all the foreign reporters but forbade it to be used. And today they are distributing it to Israelis."
