Israeli hi-tech export services, not including start-ups, increased by 2.3% this past April, pointing to the possible start of a recovery for an industry reeling since the war began, according to the Israel Central Bureau of Statistics.

Globes also reports at least a slight increase in investment in Israeli hi-tech companies in recent months, though whether this is a lasting change or an "optical illusion" remains to be seen.
