Gymnast Lihi Raz has secured her place at the Paris 2024 Olympics. The coveted ticket was obtained after a fierce competition, following her successful ranking among the 14 gymnasts who advanced through the preliminaries

So, after Artem Dolgopyat secured the Olympic ticket, last night (Monday), the athlete Lihi Raz also obtained her place at the Paris Olympics.

Raz, from the A.S. Ramat HaSharon group, competed yesterday in the World Championships preliminaries in artistic gymnastics in Belgium, achieving the Olympic criterion through the all-around competition. After 10 preliminary rounds and the removal of gymnasts whose countries qualified for the Games as a team, Lihi managed to rank among the 14 gymnasts who advanced through the preliminaries.

Raz's qualification, as previously mentioned, was achieved with a total of 49.999 points in the all-around competition, and it joins Artem Dolgopyat's qualification, who also secured his ticket through the all-around competition.

Dolgopyat, the Olympic champion, advanced to the all-around final with a total of 82.999 points from the eighth position and achieved the Olympic participation criterion through this competition.
