WATCH: Why did Trump bully Israel into an insane Hostage Deal? The answer will shock you

This is honestly amazing. It's depressing as anything but also so hopeful: Trump is the ruler of Magog and Mashiach is coming! (Tip: Watch the video on 1.5x speed.)

Twenty hostages for 2,000 terrorists. That's the raw math behind what might be the worst hostage deal in military history. But let me break down what's really happening here.

Netanyahu, who spent 15 years letting Hamas build their terror infrastructure, just agreed to release hardened killers - and Trump, amazingly, pushed him into it. The same Trump who boasted "America First" is now playing dealmaker with Israeli lives.

Let's talk numbers: 80% of released terrorists return to violence. Simple calculation: these 2,000 releases will likely lead to about 400 future Jewish casualties. We're not trading hostages for prisoners - we're trading identified victims for future ones.

The military reality is even grimmer. The IDF, despite having one of the world's most sophisticated armies, is essentially retreating from Gaza after a 15-month campaign. Millions of Israelis are still running to bomb shelters from Houthi missiles. Hezbollah remains 90% intact.

Follow the money trail: Trump's inner circle tells the real story. Stephen Witkoff's Qatar connections. Jared Kushner's Saudi millions. Even Trump's daughter Tiffany's father-in-law has Hezbollah ties. Add Tucker Carlson's influence and Trump's new Michigan Muslim voter outreach - it's a perfect storm of compromised interests.

The deal gets worse: Hamas is emerging stronger, legitimized by international recognition. They're getting billions in aid through hundreds of daily trucks - which, according to Caroline Glick's recent podcast, are smuggling cash and plastic cameras used to track IDF movements.

Netanyahu knew this war was unwinnable from day one. You can't defeat an enemy while supplying them with food, water, electricity, and cash. Over 800 Israeli soldiers died, leaving 250 widows and 600 orphans, for what? Hamas has already replaced their losses.

The cruel irony is that Israel could have prevented another October 7th without losing a single soldier - simply by controlling the 30-mile border with tanks and shoot-on-sight orders within a one-mile buffer zone. Instead, they spent billions on a fence that failed spectacularly.

Biden tried pushing this same surrender deal since May. Trump, rather than offering a stronger alternative, bullied Israel into accepting it just in time for his inauguration speech. The "master dealmaker" is serving up Israeli security for a campaign soundbite.

Looking ahead, expect more pressure on Israel. Trump's admiration for deal-making over security, his advisers' Middle Eastern financial interests, and his new Muslim voter base suggest this won't be the last time Israel gets strong-armed into dangerous concessions.

So is it all bad? - because it sure feels that way.

Well, if you look at the situation through a different lens, you will see something incredibly comforting.

I see Trump as part of God's plan for several reasons. In Ezekiel 38-39, America is described as "Magog" - a nation that will reluctantly oppose Israel before our Messiah arrives. I believe Trump is fulfilling this role by pressuring Israel into deals that harm us.

I think Trump will first defeat Iran, as the Talmud predicts Persia's fall to modern Rome (America). But then he'll pressure Israel into dangerous concessions - exactly what Magog is prophesied to do.

Our texts predict Israel's government will be weak and incompetent just before Messiah comes. Look at what's happening now with the Hamas deal - it fits perfectly. The October 7th attacks and everything after were predicted signs that redemption is near, with Trump playing his part in this divine plan.

Trump isn't evil or anti-Jewish. He's just fulfilling his role as Magog's leader, preventing Israel from controlling biblical lands and the Temple Mount until Messiah comes. Everyone is playing their part exactly as planned. Our redemption is imminent.
