Does Trump have the answer to the Middle East?
Trump’s Bold Vision: Transforming Gaza and Securing a Prosperous Future for the Region
Trump has unveiled a bold new vision for the future of the Gaza Strip. Hamas are having the rug pulled from under them and they hate it.

On Feb 10, 2025, in a groundbreaking interview with Fox News’ Bret Baier, President Donald Trump offered his most detailed vision yet for a bold and innovative proposal to the ongoing crisis in Gaza. Specifically, this plan is to send the entire Gazan population to Jordan and Egypt for resettlement.
Asked if Palestinians would be entitled to return to Gaza as part of his plan, Trump replied emphatically, “No, they wouldn’t, because they’re going to have much better housing.” I mean build a permanent place for them.” With Trump having been a real estate mogul prior to his political career, he can convert the struggle into a win-win by focusing on building a new Gaza for those displaced by Hamas with his development company remaking and resettling its displaced population in modern, planned communities elsewhere.
Trump’s plan also envisions a major United States role in transforming Gaza into what he called the “Riviera of the Middle East,” a flourishing economic zone that could be a haven of prosperity — rather than a terrorist-controlled war zone. “For me, because this is my first time and the ground is beautiful,” he explained. “If it’s done the right way, it could be an incredible success and it could bring jobs and opportunity to the entire region.”
In contrast to the weak, failed strategies of the previous Biden Administration who pandered to Islamic interests and contributed to a weaker Jewish presence in the Middle East, Trump’s strong approach is results-oriented. His plan to move Palestinians to parts of surrounding countries, but with massive payments from the U.S. and international partners to ensure they have adequate housing, jobs and schooling, will provide Gazans with a far better life than they’ll see while living as the ruled subjects of Hamas.
There has been predictable pushback from the CNN-MSNBC liberal media, the globalist open-border establishment and organizations like the EU and U.N. Their goal is to keep the crisis active and ongoing to suit their left-wing worldview and interests. Conversely, Trump’s proposal offers an actual solution to a humanitarian disaster for which there are no more excuses based on the gross mismanagement by Hamas and their predecessors over decades. Although left-wing critics are calling the plan “forcible displacement,” Trump knows holding Palestinians in a Hamas-run Gaza where they are used as human shields and deprived of the most basic freedoms is not a sustainable long-term solution. “Years until Gaza will be livable again, so why not at least give these people a better future now?” Trump reasoned.
Indeed, other Middle Eastern leaders, such as Jordan’s King Abdullah II and Egyptian officials, have voiced initial reluctance to accept so many Palestinian refugees. Words of support, rather than tangible actions, is what characterises both Egypt and Jordan when it comes to the Palestinian people. However, Trump is confident that together we can reach agreements that work for both sides, supported by strong American leadership and diplomacy. His plan is evidence of “America First,” solving issues abroad in a way that guarantees U.S. strategic interests are upheld while helping land a stable region.
It’s a similar story for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict more broadly. Democrats and the bureaucratic foreign policy establishment have for decades refused to end the bloodshed in a way that guarantees peace and security for the Jewish State. Instead, the likes of Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi have opted for negotiations and appeasement that simply embolden terrorist factions like Hamas. Trump’s vision presents a stark contrast: a clear, decisive action plan with a focus on security, prosperity and permanent peace.
Instead of allowing radical extremists to chart the course of Gaza’s future, Trump offers a new path — one where destruction gives way to development and chaos gives way to stability. It’s a vision strong leaders see as necessary and unavoidable, and one that could deliver enduring peace to a once-troubled region afflicted by failed policies and weak leadership. Other world leaders could sit back and take note of Trump's bold and passionate leadership style which provides Jews across the globe with hope that a brighter future is ahead.
