The IDF released footage this morning (Monday) showing the soldiers of the Kfir Brigade operating in the Khan Yunis area in recent weeks. During the fighting, the forces eliminated dozens of terrorists, raided dozens of terrorist infrastructures, and seized control of command centers belonging to the Hamas terror organization.

According to an IDF spokesperson, in recent days, the Kfir Brigade's combat team operated in the Kasbah in Khan Yunis, in the neighborhood of 'Bani Suheila'. The forces discovered numerous combat tools, weapons, explosives, grenades, ammunition, and rockets in the Kasbah. During one of the raids, a homemade mortar used for creating weapons was found and destroyed.

The brigade's combat team began operations at the start of the escalation in the northern part of the Gaza Strip in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood and later in the south in Khan Yunis. This marks the first time that the brigade has engaged in joint operations with the infantry, air force, and engineering forces, working side by side in face-to-face battles against terrorists both above and below ground.

The combat team of the Kfir Brigade's soldiers returned last night from the Gaza Strip to a few days of rest and readiness enhancement. Other forces replaced them in the Khan Yunis area, and afterward, the brigade will resume operational activities based on the current situation assessment.
