Even Without Rain: The Sea of Galilee Water Level Continues to Rise

According to the Water Authority data, the Sea of Galilee water level rose by an additional 1.5 cm in the last 24 hours, completing a total rise of 24 cm in the past week. A further increase is expected in the coming days.

In the past 24 hours, the Sea of Galilee water level has completed a continuous week of rising, despite the significant weakening in rainfall. According to Water Authority data, the water level rose by an additional 1.5 cm in the last 24 hours, completing a total rise of 24 cm in the past week.

Furthermore, the current Sea of Galilee water level stands at 211.095 cm, with a distance of 2.295 meters from the upper red line. Additionally, the Jordan River flow is at 23 cubic meters per second, and it's expected to contribute to a further rise in the coming days.

Weather forecast for the upcoming days:

Thursday: Clear to partly cloudy with a slight increase in temperatures.

Friday: Partly cloudy to clear with a slight additional increase in temperatures, mainly in the mountains and inland areas, slightly higher than usual for this season.

Saturday: Partly cloudy to clear. Temperatures will remain relatively stable.
